This project resulting TSR (Trouble and Solving Result) digital system. So, the benefits has a paperless reporting between 4 cross-functional department.
On the other hands, the digital system has user interface, access for authorized personnel only, the digital TSR form can be a print out or as .pdf format, the TSR or improvement activities can be tracked, and the databases are centralized.

This project initiated by Jafar and collaborated with Assistant Manager of Production (Injection Molding) department, and 4 others cross-functional department (Quality, Engineering, Material, and Maintenance). On my first internship period on May, founded the one of a method to control productivity that used by cross-functional department for reporting and improvement of a problem that occurs and is used as a preventive measure so that the problem does not recur in the future namely TSR (Trouble and Solving Report).
However, the activities are conduct uses a paper form for a cross-functional department. This situation founded some of a weaknesses in its implementation, such as:
1. Inefficient process flow,
2. Unnecessary data duplication,
3. Disinformation in file searches that have occurred in the past month,
4. There are some data that are often empty because they are not filled in by the reporting party and the party who fixes the problem.
So, that the lack of optimal use of information used in controlling productivity in this operation.
With this situations the objective, and goals for this project are build. The target is to evaluate all of the weaknesses of current system become digitalized using Software that build by Microsoft Access. After the project was done. This project resulting TSR (Trouble and Solving Result) digital system. So, the benefits has a paperless reporting between 4 cross-functional department.
